The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

  The Hobbit is a famous fantasy novel which is written by J. R. R. Tolkin who is a famous author in United Kingdom. The original novel was published in 1937. In 2012, the original novel was adapted for movie series. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is the first series of this movie series.
In this movie, two main characters who are already well known in other movie series which name is The Lord of the Rings presented, Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf. One day, Gandalf visited Hobbit’s village and meet Bilbo. Gandalf wanted Bilbo to join his journey, but Bilbo rejected his offer at once. So, Gandalf made a plan to take Bilbo to his journey. He planned to have a party and invited all his friends at Bilbo’s home. As a result, Bilbo’s house was filled with Gandalf’s friends. Finally, Bilbo participated in Gandalf’s journey. And during his journey, he met numerous threats like meeting Goblins, Trolls, and any other aliens. He overcame these adversities, and finally he got to the old castle where the great dragon lived.
  This movie is very similar to The Lord of the Rings. First, some characters who were presented in The Lord of the Rings (e.g. Gandalf, dwarfs) presented in this movie too. It shows that characters and stories in this movie may potentially relate to other movie series. Second, the main stream of this movie is really same with The Lord of the Rings. In this movie, Bilbo went to the journey even if the journey had no any relation with him. His journey is like Frodo’s in The Lord of the Rings. Also Bilbo and Frodo both were helped by elves when they faced with hard situations. Third, both movies mentioned Good VS Evil. Bilbo went to his journey to fight with the evil dragon in this movie, and Frodo in The Lord of the Rings went to his journey to fight with the dark lord whose name was Sauron.
  This movie is made from the famous novel. It contains a lot of spectacular scenes and funny characters. Sound tracks which are contained in this movie are awesome. But, its running time is pretty long. It is almost three hours! I think that it is too long. So, I would give three stars (★★★☆☆) about this movie.

Love,carried out in the childhood

Flipped is a movie that recomposed a novel written by Wendelin Van Draanen. It is a story describes the interesting war between boys and girls in puberty.When they were second grade，Bryce and Juli Baker become neighbors，and when seeing brycle's blue eyes，Juli will heartache.At the same time, Bryce also turned to Juli's class.However, Bryce didn't have any favor to Juli，and try to use various methods to get rid of Juli.

I always believe there is a kind of love is carried out in the childhood.Just as Juli to Bryce.＂Well, a girl like that doesn't live next door to everyone＂.Maybe everyone should bless the day we found someone you treat as the whole world. We should thanks the meeting of people who appeared in your life as a gift. This is a good movie that let us believe "each time we meet love,i find complete love ."

White Snake

     Long long years ago, a white snake had through thousands of year became to be a beauty.  Even though, she has been a beautiful woman and she hasn't know feeling of humans. She wanted to be a real human being. One day, she eccounted a trouble that she was killed by a person. Then, another person, who is Xu Xian saved her and gave her freedom. She remembered the person and she hoped that one day returned to Xu Xian. One day, she has a chance that met Xu Xian again. Then they fallen in love with each others. They decided to get marry and set out a family. But they were together that is unethical and uncommon in the society. The kind of love can't accept be common people. At that time, a monk, Fa Hai decided to broke their family and prevent the kind of uncommon love. Finally, the white was locked in Lei Feng tower and Xu Xian became a monk was waiting for her all the life.

     In my opinion, this is moving film that can tell us a romantic and is full of spirit of self-sacrifice story. we can learn from a white snake is better than anyone person.

     I give the movie 4- star- level.

Cloverfield (2008)

This movie janre is a science fiction. this movie is something special from other movies.
this movie is taken by hand held video camera from one of the main characters.
this movie is started from New York.
they were having fare well party for one of them. because he was about to go to Japan for his business.
suddenly, the ground was shaken. so all of them went out to check what that was.
and it was so crowded, and loud outside. and something was been throw away to them.
that was the head of Statue of Liberty. They heard something is roaring. and huge monster was taken
by camera.
they had to go to save one of theirs girlfriend. because she called his boyfriend to save her. she was dying in her house.
and the story is continued to save her and after saving her.
I like this movie because it shows reality because of hand held vedio camera.
and military armies fight with monsters.
So, I'd like to give 5 stars this movie

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

  Transformers series is one of the famous Sci-Fi movies in the world. In Transformers series, two groups of alien robots presented. One group whose name is “Autobots” and the other group name is “Decepticons”. Decepticons tried to destroy Earth to get enormous energy to recover their planet. However, Autobots who were a group of alien robots wanted to protect people who live on Earth from Decepticons. Autobots achieved many things with one person whose name was Sam. In Transformers 3, Autobots knew that people who worked in NASA had hid some secrets about the last war in Cybertron which was the homeland of alien robots. Long time ago, some robots which were called “Primes” concealed their secrets into the spaceship. The spaceship escaped safe from the last war, but it collided with the surface of the Moon. Finally, Autobots found the ruin of the spaceship. They revived one alien robot whose name was Sentinal by using special things. However, Sentinal betrayed Autobots and people, and he tried to make Earth as a colony.

  Comparing other Sci-Fi movies, Transformers have some unique factors. First, a type of alien is quite different from other movies. Generally, aliens which are presented in Sci-Fi movies are kinds of organism. They consist of organic matters like nitrogen compounds or carbon compounds. However, in this movie, aliens are robots not an organism! They consist of machine parts instead of organic compounds. It is different from other aliens which are presented in other movies. Second, unlike other Sci-Fi movies, human main characters are weak and normal. Normally, more than one great person presents in the movie. But, in this movie, Sam who is a main human character is very weak and normal. He is just a college student! He can’t use any weapons and have any special talent. His father, mother and girlfriend are also weak and normal. I think that this is very interesting.

  This movie has very special factors like great computer graphic, creative thinking about aliens, and some spectacular scenes. So, I’d like to give five stars at first. But, the main story of this movie is very simple and common. “The evil VS The good” So, I switched my mind and I would like to give four stars(★★★★☆) instead.

He is just not that into you

American film "he is just not that into you" tells the story of several people in the Baltimore，who are only more than 20 years old.Ginny look forward to his love boy can give her a call, but the phone never rang.Beth and her boyfriend live together for many years，but he just not want to get married.Anna fall in love with  Ben who she knows by accident, but their relationship is limited to flirting.What's more,Mary found her new love on the Internet,but she never kown who he is.In the fact, he is just not that into you.
         Just as the movie said"Every movie we see, every story we’re told, implores us to wait for it. The third act twist. The unexpected declaration of love." But there no so many lucks in the world.The movie is different form other love story.It told us we should face to the fact, even the result is cruel.Original work of the authors think that women in love is  too much harvest but get little， they think women should be more clever.All the facts have corroborated that only built on communication and understanding，we can deal with the problems.

        I think the topic of the movie is newfangled. So I think this is a good movie, and I give it 4stars

Les Miserables, 2012

This movie janre is a Musical
I watched this movie when i was in the Korea with my family.
maybe all of you know about Jean Valjean. this movie is story of Jean Valjean.
he was called as Prisoner 24601 by Inspector Javert.
when he was released from prison, the Parole was always following him. that was difficult to live with parole, so he broke the parole to create a new life and he bebame a rich man.
and there was an woman who was dying because of Jean Valjean's mistake, and Jean Valjean promised her to take care her daughter as his daughter. and the daughter's name is Cosette.
and movie story is continued as Jean Valjean helped Cosette to marry with whom she loves.

for me, this movie was so impressed and so wonderful.
every dialogues are singing and all of them are singing very well.
and it was my first time to know about whole story of Jean Valjean. i had known about Jean Valjean, but i had not known whole story before i watched this movie. that's why this movie was more impressed to me.
so I'd like to give 5 stars this movie

Les Miserable

  Many movies are remade from comics or novels. “Les Miserable” that I want to introduce is a typical remade movie from a novel. The original novel was published in 1862. And this novel remade many kinds of things like musical, drama, and movie. This movie is an example of film adaptation.

   The background of this movie is 19^th century. Jean Valjean who was a thief was released on parole. He decided to be a new man, but no one wanted to accept him as a part of society. So, he wandered all regions of the France. But, one priest accepted and forgave him. As a result, he started his new life. But, few years later, the police officer whose name was Javert came to his city. Javert recognized Jean Valjean’s face because he was guard in the prison. So, Jean Valjean ran away because Javert tried to chase him. During the escape, Jean Valjean met a little girl whose name was Cosette. He decided to take care of her. And, he and she lived in convent to avoid Javert. Later, Cosette met a handsome guy whose name was Marius and got married. Meanwhile, Javert got Jean Valjean finally, but he did not arrest him and he killed himself.

  I think that some factors in this movie are different from other kinds of movies. First, it is a musical movie. Generally, musical movies are less popular than any other genre movies. But, this movie was very popular in United States and other parts of the world. Also OST in this movie was very famous so that many people want to listen songs. Actually, I watched this movie two times because of its good songs. Second, the costume in this movie shows the background of 19^th century very well. At that time, French people were suffering from poverty and dictatorship. In this movie, poor people wore very worn clothes. Their clothes looked like a rag. This costume shows the life of poor people very well. Third, many famous actors presented this movie such as Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried. I think that these actors made the quality of this movie better. I would give this movie five stars(★★★★★) because it is well made movie comparing the former movie which was directed in 1998.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol

    Hundreds of action and thriller movies were presented in every year. Most of their stories are very similar. Some bad guys betrayed the good guy, and killed some people who were in the good guy’s team. So, the good guy tried to chase the bad guy or bad guy’s team. During chasing them, the good guy experienced some troubles like meeting the police who misunderstood the good guy as a bad guy or losing his colleagues by the bad guy. And the end of movie, the good guy and the bad guy fought against their opposites. Finally, the good guy won the battle, and the bad guy had some kinds of punishment like being killed or captured.

   “Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol” shows typical motives in the action and thriller movie very well. Ethan who are in the intelligence agency which is called IMF (do not confuse other IMF) received the mission. The mission is about going into Kremlin and taking some information about nuclear weapons in Russian Federation. He successfully entered Kremlin, but there was no information about nuclear weapons in Russia. Actually, the terrorist already took the file which had included information about nuclear weapons. Also, the terrorist exploded Kremlin to remove crime evidences. As a result, Russian government regarded Ethan as a terrorist of exploding Kremlin because he was in there. So, he was chased by Russian police. So, taking off his false charge, Ethan tried to find the terrorist. Finding the terrorist, Ethan went to all over the world like Russia, United Arab Emirates and India. And, finally he captured the terrorist in India and he can save the world from the terrorist.

   Some factors in this movie makes me interesting. First, some actors like Tom Cruise were casted in this movie. Second, some famous cities and buildings like Burj Khalifa and Mumbai presented in this movie. It helps me to concentrate in the movie. Especially, when Tom Cruise climbed Burj Khalifa in the movie, I was very excited. Third, some musics which were included in this movie was good. These musics made me focus on the movie very well.

But, I think that the story of this movie is too obvious to see. Every people could guess the end of the story easily. In this movie, there was not any new motive about action and thriller movies. I think that some people who already have watched these kinds of movie very much might think that it is too boring. So, I would rate this movie two stars(★★☆☆☆).

Give yourself a heart that never grow up

 Accidentally, I find a word ,"please give yourself a heart that never grow up" to describe the movie called Teddy Bear.At the beginning,John was refused by all of the little boy ,then his wish there is someone can accompany with him.The dream come true, Ted suddenly began to speak.Ted with John together for 27 years, maybe the Ted give he a great influence.But everyone think John was never grow up because of Teb.Sure,there are not the same.After all,John is a person ,who has duty.So John was complain with Ted.However, the Ted said, "I only belong to you"that really move me.

 Teddy bear is representative of the childhood. The Ted was so cute, maybe every child wants to have one.Think back, everyone will grow up, one day we will have to face something we may be unprepared, will want to assume responsibility for the family to society,will become an adult.The movie is very close to our daily life.It shows the great friendship,and we have to accept something as a fact of life.

  Yes,this is a movie like I choose before,which has great education meaning.So I give it 5stars.

The divide

This movie is a horror, and science fiction, and this movie's theme is about happening after nuclear weapon attacked the city. and they take refuge in underground bunker of apartment. and it's apartment guard's house. and there are six men, two women, and 1 girl.
apartment guard didn't want anybody go out from his house because of radioactivity. and he covered door by tape so air won't come in.
and he shared some foods, but it was not enough for them.
and suddenly some people came in and took a 1 girl, and they tried to kill all of people inside.
but inside people killed them, but an woman lost her daughter, and she became crazy.
and people who tried to kill them lock the door, so inside people couldn't get out from there.
and then some happening of fight of their.
and the end one woman escaped from there, but there's nothing outside.
this movie is so interesting, because this story could happen someday.
i'd like to give 4 stars this movie.
