The Real Equality

The earth has changed by the extreme weather. The world was frozen except one eternal running train. The train contains people who survived from the extreme weather. The train has two big parts. One is back-room that poor people live, and the other room is front room that people live with luxury living, such as drinks and drugs. The world in train has no equality. When the train running for seventeen years, Curtis who is captain of back room starts riots that has prepared for a long times ago. Curtis and backroom people proceed to the engine room for domination, because they want to save back-room people from Mr. Wilford who has absolute power in the heart of train. However, unpredictable situations are waiting for them.

The movie, Snow piercer, is really interesting. This movie’s atmosphere is so impressive. When I saw this movie at first, I could imagine dark fantasy type genre, Edward Scissorhands. When each rooms of the train are opened, audience can see people who act artificial and mechanical behavior. It makes me to recollect Tim Burton movie style. In particular, most significant thing is the appearance of the Korean actor and actress that is Gangho Song and Aseong Ko. They undertake important and comic role in the movie. Audiences can enjoy the harmony of them. On the other hand, the movie sends a message that “What is the real equality?” Curtis and his friends fight for back-room people’s freedom. However, minions of Mr. Wilford tell “ Each part has a right use for them. You poor guys are foot, rich people like me are head.”

The phrase sounds like logical words. Nevertheless, this sentence means class system. Every people have a right that people can live free life and equal opportunity. This movie shows the process that breaking the bad idea, class system. I want to give a message “Nobody can make a decision of other human’s fate. People can draw their dream themselves.”

Frozen(2013)

      

      Maybe there are few people who haven’t seen the Disney movie. Disney movie is famous as the movie company that makes love story such as Snow White, princess mermaid, and so on. However, Frozen has different characteristic that is different than other Disney’s movies. There are two princesses in this movie. Elsa, who has ice power, escaped to the north mountain cause she doesn’t want to harm for other people, but the kingdom is frozen due to her power. This movie shows us process that Anna, younger princess, go to the north mountain to find Elsa and stopping the horrible winter.

           If you watch the Disney movie, you can find some funny characters like as horse in the ‘Tangled’ and raccoon in the ‘Pocahontas’. Like this, Frozen has very lovely character, and that is happy snowman Olaf. He is snowman that is made by Elsa and Anna when they were young, and he got a life through Elsa’s power. He helps Anna to find Elsa, and give us lots of fun. He is really funny and kind. For example, he likes summer and want to swimming and tanning because he doesn’t know he is going to melt. However, he gives not only lesson but also fun moment. He is inevitable character in this movie. This movie shows us what is real love. Anna is attacked by Elsa’s power on accident, and she have to find the true love to cure herself. There are two man actors in this movie who are prince Hans and Kristoff. Anna wants to find real love, but finally she realizes what is real love.

            This movie is not only good for kids but also good for family especially who has sibling. Even though this movie is English, it is easy to understand. The story is easy and pronunciation is easy to understand too. So it is good movie for student who studies English. This movie is famous not only in the United States but also famous around the world.

In the New year's day, Tim who has no girl friend hears family top secret from his father. The secret is that his family’s boy can time traveling. Although this ability can not kill the Hitler or go to the future, Tim decides to use this ability for making girl friend. When Tim goes to London to accomplish the dream, he meet lovely girl Marry, and fall in love. Tim use time traveling for her, when he wants to change or to experience again some thing, such as an awkward confession and a happy moment. By the ability, Tim has great days with Marry. However, as much as his love is perfect, Tim’s around situation gets trouble. Which moment is the best life for him?

This movie, About Time, is a romantic comedy genre movie. Thus, movie audiences can watch this move without boredom because of comedic scenes. About Time has an interesting topic that is time traveling. Sometimes, people want to do time travel for better life, such as fixing shameful memory or replaying best memories. In the movie, Tim tried to use time traveling for life improving. At first, Tim was happy because he got everything what he wants. For example, Tim tried many approaches to the Marry, and he replayed his father’s announcement a lot of times until when he was satisfied. However, by the time, the change that Tim made returned to him as an inevitable disaster.

In my opinion, this movie tells a lot of important messages about time that the most successful and satisfactory life is now. Commonly, many people want to go back and change the past situations, but that is not the most satisfactory method. If one obtain, the other one is lost. There is no perfect life, so people have to stop complaining to their life. People can just accept their destiny, and enjoy their life!

Frequency(2000)

You could have seen the movie like “butterfly effect” and “Back to the future”. Those kinds of movies are using the concept of “time traveling”. The past affects the future events. Usually, their fate is changed by action that they have done in the past. If you like this kind of movies, I’m sure that you would really like this movie. “Frequency” is the unforgettable movie for me.  The movie is kind of thriller, and it combine science fiction with action genre.

The main actors are John and Frank, who is John’s father. Frank was firefighter, and he had died when John was young. As time goes on, he grew up and he became in his thirties. One day, he found his father’s a wireless set, and fixed it. Surprisingly, he can talk with his father using the wireless set because a rare atmosphere phenomenon was occurred. Originally, his father would have died by accident, but he let him know that this accident going to happen. Eventually, John and Frank’s fates were changed. He could save his father, but instead of preventing the accident, they encountered more terrible things. Due to his father saved his life, his mother ran into danger.  She met murderer, and she died. So John and his father work together, 30 years apart, to find the murderer. In this situation, we can feel lots of actions and thrills. Even if you can’t see cruel things, you can enjoy this movie because it isn’t too much cruel. Also this movie teaches you what is the love of family.

This movie is one of the best movies that I like. If you asked me recommend the movie, needless to say I will tell you “Frequency” is my best movie that I have seen ever. This movie is five stars movie for me.
