San Andreas
San Andreas is a disaster film. This film describes that it occurrences a earthquake in southern Nevada, the Hoover Dam is completely destroyed in the earthquake. Not too long, people head toward another stronger earthquake from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The earthquake destroys everything, and everyone escape on the street. Smoke is billowing across the city; buildings collapse one after another; the road are cut off a bottomless fissures, or even dislocation; the bridges are broken; the tsunami destroy the entire city, and most people die in the stronger earthquake. The man who is a Los Angeles Fire Department Air Rescue pilot named Ray. His wife and daughter are trapped in two different places. He has to rescue them. Finally, they are all rescued.
This film's visual effects is very real, such as the city are destroyed, and people pilot the boat through the waves. Also, it shows the humanity in the face of disaster. Will we escape or help other people when the disaster happen? What is your choice? And this film tells us that in the face of the forces of the nature, we cannot fight with it. We have to improve our self-care ability and viability.
