Armageddon

Have you ever heard this word like Armageddon? 
This mean is a place of last war at the end of day. it is so profound..
when i was young, my dream was to be astronaut. i was so... creative and brave kid... thank you for reading my boast.
Anyway... i really wanted to be hero to save our earth.
many people want to be hero like me. but we don't have any special skill and special power. i am normal person in the world. i though if i were an astronaut, it will be great. because, it is really difficult to get a chance to be that. i will have special experience like swimming in the space. so... i really hoped to get a chance during watching this movie in my childhood. 

This movie can properly explain why i wanted to be hero, and why i had my dream like that.
This movie's plot is so simple. main characters live normal life as oil driller in dessert. they are good at finding oil zone and drilling land.

one day, NASA detected serious situation, huge meteor is coming to earth really fast and directly. they make a plan to remove that, but it is not easy. so they find some experts to be able to dig big hole for explosion of meteor by strong nuclear bombs.

To get a goal, oil drillers have been trained by NASA, after they separately ride 2 space 
shuttles like freedom and independence. they suffered many terrible situation, but they tried hard to save earth.

The most impressive scene was driving Armadillo, which is vehicle for investigation of meteor in non gravity. armadillo is in a left picture.

i really was interested how to operate, and i was really wondering that it is possible.
This movie gave me many question and curiosity about space and meteor like unknown place.

The movie was made by Michael bay in 1998. main character is Bruce Willis. he is famous actor. Especially, Die hard series are his another name. this movie has lots of critical comments by critics. because of USA heroism. also, it has many scientific errors like explosion in no air space or long distance video phone between meteor and earth without technology defect such as buffering or electronic communication lack.

Although the movie has many not good comments, i want to give 4 stars of maximum 5 stars. because it has really impressive scenes and give me high tension when i watch this disaster movie. it also gave me my dream to be astronaut during my childhood.

so, i really recommend my friends to watch this movie as killing time movie.
