Princess Ann visits Rome. In a night, she reaches out to the Palace, because Ann can't stand the tricky work. At that night, when she enjoys the night view, she met a reporter named Joe Bradley. They play together, and feel very happy. After they enjoy the beautiful night, Ann stays overnight at Bradley's house. However, Joe finds Ann's real identity, he decided to write a scoop. Then, when he plays with Ann again, he asks his friends to records what the princess doing. With the visiting, Joe falls in love with Ann, he decided to protect Ann, and give up the scoop. After one day tour in Rome, the princess know she has duty to protect her country. At the end of movie, Ann gives up love. and goes back to her country.
It is a very short love. Ann and Joe love each other in a wrong time and wrong place. They can't stay together forever. Sometimes in the real life, we also can meet this kind of thing. In the world, some love is used to miss and nostalgia.
