Pompeii

Pompeii

Yesterday, I watched the movie “Pompeii”. This movie is quite good and it describes a real historical disaster in Pompeii Roman. In the movie, Milo is a man whose families were killed by Corvus, an evil Roman senate. Milo is a gladiator. He is also a slave of shipping owner. He is very kind, brave and strong man. One day, he meets the daughter of the shipping owner, Cassia. He falls in love with her. After that, he hopes to be redeeming himself to become a free man. And also, he makes friend with Atticus, an African gladiator. Atticus will be free after he wins the last battle. He thinks that gladiator should not be killed in stab and gladiator should die in the battle. He becomes the best friend of Milo. However, Vesuvius, in Pompeii, erupted. In order to save love and friends, Milo comes back to the Pompeii. Atticus helps Milo to save Cassia. Although, at the end of the film, all people in Pompeii died.
In this movie, Milo always stays with his love. He is a hero. Atticus can die for friends. He is also a hero. I am so moved by the desire for freedom and the strong friendship between Milo and Atticus. In our peace age, it is difficult for us to think why people in this movie are eager to be freedom mightily.

Rating: 4 stars.
