The hunger games, 2012

When I saw the poster of the hunger game, I was wondering what the hunger game was about because I did not know that this movie was based on the book. Some groups of people were confined in their villages for certain reasons. Katniss Everdeen was the one of those people living those place.
It seemed as if they are prepared people because they had to fight fiercely as gradiators in Roman times did at the Roman Coliseum. People who are randomly selected have to fight with other villages' people. Katniss volunteered for the hunger game instead of her youger sister. She was different from other people in her pure mind caring about others even though she had been in difficulties . For example, she helped a young girl selected in other village and her friend who allied with other villages' participants threatening her when he hurt.

When I started understanding what this movie was about, I just wanted to know that people have the right which manipulate some people by using the power or something like that. I think that we do not have that right becasue we can not judge other people's lives or right. After all, such a unfairness would just turn out to be unjust benefits of minor people, which would be the result of dominationg others. We all may think of this unfair as what should not happen. Katniss's devotion and courage lead people to put up with and overcome their situation and difficult hunman condition which are under the pressure.

As humans, some people are selfish. On the other hand, some people are altruistic. These fact would not be changed. However, we may not even judge biasdly because we want people who are guilty to be given a reasonable punishment to fit the crime. I think we could not decide how those guilty people are punished.

I would like to give the hunger game 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. Even though it looked as if fighting people were silly, I could know that people's instinct is expressed on selfishness in some ways. So, it made me think a lot about what could applied to the real world.
